Our Major Partner and Donor is : EINE - WELT - GROUPPE, LENGFELD - GERMANY. Since 1996 this group is very actively involved in all the projects of CRANE. CRANE made impeccable remark in the lives of the poor rural people, with the continuous support extended by the EINE WELT GROUPPE. Eine -welt -Grouppe mobilizes funds through different innovative and creative programmes in and around Lengfeld. It is a very small group about 12-14 members but their commitment for the poor is par - excellence.

Eine - Welt Grouppe is not only a funding group but very much engaged in the actual life of the poor and oppressed people. It was eye-witnessed when the group visited Mambakkam village, one of the project villages, in the year 2001. One has to raise his/her eye brows seeing their sincere commitment towards the poor villages. They loved the villages, more than we love. They were very much attached and visited each house and every one in the village.

They woke up early in the morning and they were engaged in cleaning the village streets, picking up the rags and piling them in a separate place for the process of natural manure. The whole group played as a role model to our people in every aspect.

The Achievements and Highlights of Eine Welt Grouppe:

  • Social Housing Programme.
  • Eradication of illiteracy and school drop outs.

ST.FERDINAND PARISH SCOUT GIRLS' GROUP - FRANCE : This group consists of 10 young girl students from the parish of St. Ferdinand, France. In 2005, this group visited our target villages for two weeks. It was a shocking and strange experience for the group, since it was their first visit to India.

They moved every nook and corner of the village and made everybody happy. They were engaged in different activities like; cleaning the village streets, construction work, working in the fields, teaching in the school, conducting awareness progrmmes, visiting the houses, entertaining the village people with their dance and singing, etc… All girls admit that their experience in Indian soil had given them the conscience of social concern and social responsibility towards the poor and needy.
