Awareness and Formation of People’s Group
(RAFPG) |

Stage -1 |
|
| |
Gathering
of people in every village, motivating them
into the facts and figures of reality and forming
them into different groups (Women, men, youth,
children, etc.) is the first and foremost activity
of CRANE.
|
|

|
|
|
| |
|
Stage - 2 |
|
| |
|
Each group as mentioned above
will form into 3 to 5 sub groups, containing
15-20 members in each sub-group, according
to the strength of members. All the groups
will organize weekly or biweekly meetings
according to their convenience. In each group
savings and subscription are made compulsory.
The savings are given as self-help loans among
themselves for the socio-economic development

Stage - 3 |
|
|
| |
Formation of VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE (VAC),
in each village, is the center and main focus
of all activities of CRANE. It is believed
that the formation of village administrative
committee in each village is a must for any
rural community development.

Awareness Education
is being done in three stages as follows : |

| |
1)
Awareness is the eye -opener for any change
in the individual as well as social life. Rural
|
|
| |
people are so ignorant and illiterartes and
lack knowledge of the events that take
place in and around |
|
| |
them
. This is the root cause for their poverty and
underdevelopment. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
2) To
rectify this miserable situation awareness education
plays very important role. Awareness |
|
| |
leads
to |
|
| |

of self and the other
- Measures to be taken for the
rectification
- Initiates process of development
|
